The team have worked with a range of employers, from small organisations to large employers of over 12 000 people to co-develop, implement and evaluate policies, processes and practices to improve the support available for employees managing menstrual health in the workplace. Our work has covered a range of workplaces including construction, innovation and research, education, energy, learned societies and charities. We can also provide workplace training on menstrual health, including training menstrual health and menopause champions, upskilling male managers on supporting menstrual health and guidance on how to develop a bespoke menstrual health policy which is tailored to your organisation’s needs.
